Didn't the last president turn a multi-million dollar surplus into a multi-billion dollar deficit; wage a costly, unnecessary war under false pretenses; aggressively seek to restrict American’s civil liberties; defend torture as a legitimate interrogation technique; censor scientific documents that disagreed with his (religious) beliefs; pass an expensive prescription drug plan without paying for it; deregulate financial markets to the point of collapse; and give billions of dollars to banks without any requirements of accountability (TARP)? Many historians believe that the success of a presidency is measured by comparing the state of the country before one takes office to that of it after he leaves. If we accept this standard, then Bush has to be at least one of the worst of all time. But none of this will mean much to you because you don't live in reality but rather the simulacra of FAUX News. Obama has appointed 34 Czar's, the last, to my knowledge, Van Jones, a self-proclaimed Communist. I am sure there will be more to come. I am afraid of the outcome of all this. Obama is introducing Marxism into our country through the banks, car manufacturing and now the healthcare plan. Please American people attend the Town Hall meetings, write your Congressman and Represeatives. We have to stop this man before he completely destroys our Liberty and Freedom.
