Any law which is in contradiction to the U.S. Constitution is no law at all. We, the people, decide how to live our lives, and how best to defend them. The biggest problem with "we the people" today is the fact that the vast majority simply do not know their rights. They assume that their rights come from the government and, therefore, can be altered, infringed upon, or abolished. Such is hardly the case, for this concept only applies to privileges -- not rights.

We are born with our rights, and the Constitution merely enumerates and recognizes them as pre-existing. The primary, SWORN DUTY of any government official is to PROTECT these rights. A violation of this Oath of Office, by anyone, is TREASONOUS. Tell me, what's the punishment for treason again?

It's been said numerous times throughout history, and it's as true today as it ever has been: when they come for your guns, it's your last chance to use them.

Nice post.
