So glad you posted on this…I saw this news and was shocked, but have been bad about posting lately (though I got a gold & silver post up today). You hear about my wonderful state of CA? Forced loan to the state through a temporary 10% higher tax witholding on paychecks, to be paid back to the taxpayers (us) with no interest in our next income tax refund, or when we pay in April 2010…what would the Founding Fathers say??? How about I steal some cash from the state govt coffers when times are tough for me, and i’ll pay them back in 6 months?
