I am not a politician nor do I want to be but I’ve been around long enough to know a bad candidate when I hear one and I also know the power of the media as they carry the water of the leftist machine in this country. In Delaware, if Coons wins, it will be yet another media victory in a long line of media victories. They know the mantra: first take any mistakes the conservative has made from the time of birth and blow them out of proportion. Next, broadcast this bloviation on every channel of the cable/national news. Then repeat it like the pounding drumbeat of the cannibals as their victims boil in a cauldron of prevarication. Last, sell it to the comedy networks and ridicule, belittle and harass the contender so that the lies you’ve told define him/her as a person.
Repeat. Repeat again until the misinformation you’ve spread turns into twisted fact. Cases in point: 1.) Sarah Palin never said, “I can see Russia from my house,” now taken for fact. 2.) Clarence Thomas was crucified by leftist lies–TWO DECADES AGO–and the media is trying to do it again! 3.) Sharron Angle is portrayed by the press as being insane, yet if you listen to ANYTHING Reid says, you’d think you were visiting your dotty old uncle. 4.) Christine O’DonnelI–it is hard to focus on the issues when the media is obsessed with witchcraft and masturbation. I could go on; the left-wing media is shameless and now the richest scoundrel in the world, George Soros, is funding a liberal rag, NPR, to the tune of $1.8 million to hire 100 “investigative” journalists for the sole purpose of taking down conservative news sources and spreading media myths.

Back to Christine…the latest media blitz on this candidate portrayed her as not knowing “separation of church and state” was in the first amendment. She was incredulous at Chris Coons’ lack of knowledge of the constitution (never mind his ignorance of the 5 citizen guarantees of this amendment).

“…when pressed by O’Donnell Coons could not identify the other guarantees incorporated in the First Amendment which are that no laws shall be made abridging 2: the freedom of speech, 3: the press, 4: the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and 5: the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

The law school where this debate happened was unfortunately filled with budding lawyers who obviously had either not done their homework or never were taught the Constitution of the United States.

Sadly, in many public schools and colleges, the history of our country, including the constitution, is either mottled with untruths or gaping with holes. But to have a group (who should beyond the normal citizen know the law of the land least of all the first amendment and its origins) laugh along with the unenlightened opponent, is pathetic.

Let’s look at the differences in their beliefs and platforms: Coons:
1.) Chris Coons has supported Black Liberation Theology (see Reverend Wright) which is a Marxism-as-Christianity umbrella philosophy.
2.) Coons believes that the US Constitution is only a suggestion.
3.) Coons will raise taxes. End of conversation.
4.) He praised the stimulus from helping us recover from the “Great Recession.” He’s a rubber stamp for Obama.
5.) Claims to want to stop outsourcing of USA jobs but the one private company that employed him – the company where he says he did job creation – has several manufacturing plants in China.
6.) Coons said he would have voted yes on the Democrat Health Care Bill even though the measure Is not perfect.
7.) Coons led New Castle County to the edge of bankruptcy.

O’Donnell:
1.) Believes jobs are created when businesses are freed from endless taxes and bureaucratic red tape. Will fight to remove the crushing tax burden faced by American families and businesses and dramatically simplify the tax code.
2.) Believes that the solution to the health care crisis is less government meddling in the doctor/patient relationship, more competition in the insurance market and more choice for families about their health plan. She calls for full repeal.
3.) Knows the US Constitution better than our president and most of our congressmen and most certainly better than her liberal counterpart.

If Chris Coons wins the Delaware Senate seat, he will be in line for Obama’s, Reids’ and Pelosi’s plan for force feeding America all that is evil during the lame duck congress session between November and January.

Since this is a special election, the winner of this race will be seated IMMEDIATELY. Not after the first of the year. Not early next year when the winners of the November elections are sworn in … and when it may be too late to stop the lame duck legislation. This is why Christine must win.

We’ve learned that NO politics are local anymore. The votes of the SC state senators from the low country still raise my taxes. The votes of the representatives from the state of Michigan still destroy my health care. So this election is one of those that we must win, and to do that, tea party patriots and conservatives across the country must help.

The rush to recess gives Democrats little time to pass any major laws. That’s why there have been signs in recent weeks that party leaders are planning an ambitious, lame-duck session to muscle through bills in December they don’t want to defend before November. Retiring or defeated members of Congress would then be able to vote for sweeping legislation without any fear of voter retaliation.

Christine O’Donnel would, without a doubt, strongly oppose and vote against these bad laws and she would stand tall with the American people in the process.

Yes, campaigns are local, but in this election to save our republic, they are national too. Go to Christine’s site and contribute NOW. Time is of the essence and O’Donnell must win.
